He took pictures of every issue and explained the dangers of each issue. Subsequently we decided after finding out from him all of the major issues that we would not purchase the home. Jason saved us from buying a money pit and we will be using him when we find another home. We have used Jason for the last 3 homes we were going to purchase each one came up with major issues.
